Terms of Service
Effective date: July 3, 2026
The website
This website describes the Don’t Panic lone-worker safety platform and lets healthcare agencies request a pilot. The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We may change or take down any part of it at any time.
Pilot requests
Submitting the pilot form is a request for contact, not a contract. Participation in a pilot is governed by a separate written agreement — including service terms, pricing, and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) where required — signed before any use of the product.
Not an emergency service
Nothing on this website is an emergency service. Don’t Panic does not — and no app can — dial 911 automatically on your behalf. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number directly.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the site: no automated scraping of the pilot form, no attempts to disrupt the service, and no submitting other people’s email addresses without their consent.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of this website. Liability relating to the Don’t Panic product is addressed in each customer’s pilot or service agreement, not these website terms.
