Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 3, 2026
This policy covers the Don’t Panic website. The Don’t Panic product itself (the safety platform used by agencies and their workers) is governed by separate agreements — including a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) where required — provided to pilot customers before any product data is collected.
What we collect
- Pilot requests. If you submit the pilot form we store the email address you provide, together with basic request metadata (browser user-agent, referring page, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed). We use it for one purpose: contacting you about a pilot.
- Analytics. We use PostHog, self-proxied through our own domain, to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, form interactions). We do not use session recording, we respect the Do Not Track browser setting, and anonymous visitors are not assigned a persistent profile. No analytics data is sold or shared for advertising.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard operational logs for security and reliability.
What we don't do
- No selling or renting of your information — to anyone, ever.
- No advertising trackers or third-party ad networks.
- No collection of patient information through this website.
Retention and deletion
Pilot-request emails are kept until the pilot conversation concludes or you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. To have your email removed, contact us at the address below and we will delete it within 30 days.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Residents of jurisdictions with specific privacy laws (such as the CCPA or GDPR) may have additional rights; we honor such requests regardless of where you live.
